 Talent Cricket commissioned Tempest Web Design to provide them with a brand new ecommerce site. It was something that Paul and Stuart had been considering for a long time, but were unsure of which web design company to choose. They had been quoted a variety of prices by different web design companies, yet were left unsatisfied as to the technical and confusing way the information and prices were put across to them. However, following on from a presentation conducted at Talent Crickets headquarters in Loughborough, Paul and Stuart decided that Tempest were the right company to be dealing with.
Paul comments "...We were impressed with the professionalism and integrity that were demonstrated during the initial discussions. The design process was explained to us in depth, but without any confusing jargon. Working together we came up with a design that we were very happy with. I was kept fully up to speed with all the latest developments and was more than pleased with the overall outcome. Once the site had been completed the designer of the site, Mike Hextall, came to visit us and spent the day with me to show exactly how to upload images, change text and so on. I thought this was excellent customer service and certainly separates them from the crowd. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else who is looking to get an ecommerce site."
It seems that Talent Cricket is very happy with their product and we can see from the site statistics that the search engine optimisation work that has been done is paying dividends. |
